These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EmailSignatures.au website and email signature creation service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

EmailSignatures.au provides an automated email signature generation service. You select a template, enter your details, and upon payment, receive a custom HTML email signature delivered to your nominated email address.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• All purchases are one-time payments — no subscriptions, no recurring fees.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Delivery

Your email signature is generated automatically and delivered to the email address you provide during checkout. Delivery is typically instant. If you do not receive your signature within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your email signature for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

5. Intellectual Property

• The email signature HTML code delivered to you is licensed for your personal or business use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or offer our templates as a competing service.
• All template designs, website content, and branding remain the intellectual property of EmailSignatures.au.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter into your email signature (names, titles, contact details, images, logos, etc.). We are not responsible for errors in user-provided content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our templates
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EmailSignatures.au shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific signature in question.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
