How to Set Up Email Signature in ProtonMail

Add a professional email signature to your ProtonMail account — with full HTML support.

ProtonMail Signature Setup

  1. Log in to ProtonMail (mail.proton.me)
  2. Click ⚙️ Settings in the top-right
  3. Go to All settings → Identity and addresses
  4. Click on the email address you want to edit
  5. In the Signature section, toggle it to ON
  6. Paste your signature into the editor
  7. Click Save

ProtonMail Mobile Signature

  • iOS: Settings → Account → Display name and signature → Edit signature
  • Android: Settings → Account → Signature → Edit
  • Mobile signatures set in the web app will also appear on mobile
