ProtonMail Signature Setup
- Log in to ProtonMail (mail.proton.me)
- Click ⚙️ Settings in the top-right
- Go to All settings → Identity and addresses
- Click on the email address you want to edit
- In the Signature section, toggle it to ON
- Paste your signature into the editor
- Click Save
HTML Signatures in ProtonMail
ProtonMail supports HTML signatures, which is great for professional formatting:

ProtonMail Mobile Signature
- iOS: Settings → Account → Display name and signature → Edit signature
- Android: Settings → Account → Signature → Edit
- Mobile signatures set in the web app will also appear on mobile
ProtonMail + Privacy
ProtonMail users value privacy. Keep your signature professional but consider what personal information you're including. For encrypted emails sent between ProtonMail users, your HTML signature will be preserved. For emails to external recipients, it works like any other email client.
