Adding Images to Yahoo Mail Signatures
Yahoo Mail's signature editor supports basic formatting and images:
- Logo/headshot: Use the image icon in the editor toolbar to insert an image URL
- Image hosting: Images must be hosted online (Yahoo won't store them). Use your website or a service like Imgur
- Recommended size: Keep logos under 200px wide, headshots under 100px
- Format: PNG for logos, JPEG for photos
Yahoo Mail Mobile Signature
📱 iOS App
Open Yahoo Mail app → tap your profile icon → Settings → Signature → toggle ON and type your signature. Note: mobile app only supports plain text signatures.
🤖 Android App
Open Yahoo Mail app → tap hamburger menu → Settings → Signature → toggle ON and type your signature. Plain text only on Android.
Yahoo Mail Signature Limitations
- Limited HTML support — the rich text editor handles basics but not full HTML
- No multiple signatures — you get one signature per Yahoo account
- Mobile apps are plain text only
- Images must be externally hosted
- No per-account signatures (if you have linked accounts)
💡 Pro tip: Design your signature with our Signature Generator first, then copy-paste it into Yahoo Mail's editor. The formatting transfers much better than building from scratch.
