HTML Signatures on Samsung Email

Samsung Email has limited HTML support. Here's what works and what doesn't:

✅ What Works

  • Plain text formatting
  • Line breaks
  • Basic text styling
  • Per-account signatures

❌ Limitations

  • No rich HTML tables
  • No embedded images
  • No clickable social icons
  • No colour formatting

Better Option: Use Gmail App on Samsung

If you need a full HTML signature with logo, colours, and social icons on your Samsung device, consider using the Gmail app instead:

  • Gmail supports rich HTML signatures set from the desktop
  • You can add any email account to Gmail (not just Google accounts)
  • Your HTML signature from desktop Gmail will appear on mobile emails
  • See our Gmail signature guide for full setup

📱 Samsung tip: Set up your signature on desktop first using our Signature Generator, then use the Gmail app on your Samsung device to get the full HTML signature experience.
