Samsung Email Signature Setup
- Open the Samsung Email app on your Galaxy device
- Tap the ☰ hamburger menu (three lines) in the top-left
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings gear icon
- Tap the email account you want to configure
- Scroll down and tap Signature
- Toggle Signature to ON
- Type or paste your signature text
- Tap Done to save
HTML Signatures on Samsung Email
Samsung Email has limited HTML support. Here's what works and what doesn't:

- Plain text formatting
- Line breaks
- Basic text styling
- Per-account signatures
❌ Limitations
- No rich HTML tables
- No embedded images
- No clickable social icons
- No colour formatting
Better Option: Use Gmail App on Samsung
If you need a full HTML signature with logo, colours, and social icons on your Samsung device, consider using the Gmail app instead:
- Gmail supports rich HTML signatures set from the desktop
- You can add any email account to Gmail (not just Google accounts)
- Your HTML signature from desktop Gmail will appear on mobile emails
