All plans are a one-time payment. No monthly fees, no recurring charges, no annual renewals. You pay once and own your signature forever.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! You can purchase a higher-tier signature at any time. Each purchase is independent, so there’s no upgrade fee — just pick the tier you want and customise a new signature.

Do you offer team discounts?

Yes. Teams of 3–9 get 20% off, and teams of 10–24 get 30% off every tier. Visit our Team Pricing page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Is there a free trial?

You can browse all 132 templates and preview your signature for free before purchasing. You only pay when you’re happy with the design.

Do you offer refunds?

Since email signatures are digital products delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What’s included in the delivery?

You receive an HTML file of your signature via email instantly after purchase. We also include step-by-step setup instructions for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and other email clients.

Can I edit my signature after purchase?

You can modify the HTML file we send you. If you need major changes, you’re welcome to purchase a new signature with updated details.
